The St. Andrews

The St. Andrews features three bedrooms standard with an optional two bedroom plan and/or loft with a third full bath upstairs (two- and one-half baths, standard). Options available include a three-sided fireplace between the dining room and morning room, a spacious loft with outside deck or inside dormer and a fireplace in the master bedroom. The St. Andrews also offers homebuyers the option of a front or rear kitchen, an additional bedroom and an extension to the home. A second floor study area, extra storage space, living room, dining room and laundry room come standard.
